Meet Eric, the visionary behind our coffee haven. His journey into the world of coffee began in a local cafe in Taiwan. Slowly but surely, he worked his way up to becoming a back bar barista, where his fascination with the craft of coffee truly ignited.

As Eric's expertise blossomed, he and his wife embarked on a life-changing decision. They decided to channel all the knowledge they had acquired into creating the coffee shop of their dreams—a place where every cup is handcrafted with meticulous care, admiration, and respect for the journey that coffee takes from farm to cup.

They set out to build the coffeeshop they would have wanted to visit.

As a testament to our commitment to pure coffee, we do not offer any additives for the coffee (sweeteners, syrups, or sugar) in our shop.
